Mid-Hudson Energy Transition, a Kingston-based nonprofit partner we work with. They run the Home Upgrade Grants (HUG) program and can help with next steps after the energy audit, including project coordination for non-weatherization related work and identifying any potential funding or financing options.

• MHET (Mid-Hudson Energy Tune-Up): A focused home energy audit and improvement plan tailored to 12401 homes. With their help, we are able to provide up to $15,000 in Funding for Income Eligible Homeowners. This funding can be used towards fixes that need immediate attention such as Roof Leaks, Mold or Asbestos Testing/Remediation, and can be utilized for Weatherization or HVAC improvements as well!

• HUG (Home Upgrade Guidance): HUG helps you understand financing, rebates, and equips you with a Super Low Interest Loan so you can get the work done without sacrificing quality. With the help of MHET, we can oversee project coordination so upgrades are completed efficiently and to high standards.
